Add another stop to your daily blog tour: I'm now contributing to NexGen Librarian, a blog by & about young librarians.
"NexGen" (or "NextGen") is a pretty common term in library land, describing Gen-X and Gen-Y librarians for whom computers have never been scary, and shushing has never been fun.
I'm sure that other fields have a similar old-school/ new-school divide, but librarianship is pretty unique in that it's the young ones who have to fight for respect and job security.
Go google "nextgen librarian" -- you'll be surprised how much you find.
